What it is

A machine-learning model (an ensemble of gradient-boosting models) that predicts a property's market value from its characteristics — trained on more than 100,000 real Portuguese listings and sales.

How it reaches a number

It compares your property against everything it learned from the market: it weighs the location, size and features, factors in the energy rating and floor, reads the listing description, and — when you add photos — its vision model judges condition, renovation quality, light and finishes the way an appraiser would. The confidence range shows how strongly the models agree.
